Cellulite
First of all, everyone has it and that's 1000% beautiful because it's real life. But many of us (myself
included) find it difficult to both embrace and treat at the same time. I say we take the lead of Marie
Kondo: thank it and release it! Now, if some wants to stay I say we embrace it and move on with our
lives...but let's chat real quick about how to treat cellulite using plants in small amounts of time
(because we are all busy and don't have time to waste and also because we don't want to go spend a
gagillion dollars doing silly therapies that don't come with guarantees or child care.)
Cellulite is actually fat cells jumbled up and trapped in layers and pockets under the skin vs in large
smooth sheets deeper down. So we need to help the body's circulation in areas with cellulite so that
"trapped" fat can be set FREE!!!!
+ accept your body and love it how it is right now knowing that most women in the world have cellulite and you are beautiful!!
+ dry brush daily before showering - the easiest way to stimulate lymph and blood circulation!
+ hydrate with lemon water (1/2 lemon in 16 oz water) every morning before caffeine *caffeine is
great topically though- check out my massage oil recipe
+ massage the oil blend below after each shower / bath. Gua Sha and gentle cupping are fabulous massage techniques for the thighs!
+ get moving and sweating when you can - cardio, weightlifting, low impact workouts, foam rolling,
infrared sauna sessions all help get things moving
+ stay positive! Speak kindly to yourself every time you look down or in the mirror. You'd be surprised
at how well this works!

Recipe for 4 ounce glass bottle
3 oz Pure jojoba
1/2 oz Sea buckthorn oil
1/2 oz Coffee berry oil
10 drops Rosemary
15 drops Grapefruit
10 drops Fennel
5 drops Geranium
10 drops Juniper
5 drops Cedarwood
